The only reason some Christians have a hard time with:

• Jesus speaking to a fig tree
• Jesus speaking to sickness
• Jesus speaking to demon-possessed people 

IS BECAUSE they are just too carnally minded, or just bound to the natural course of life!
They have either rejected the supernatural by which they were born again and are seeking to control THEIR form of Christianity (as well as controlling others), or they are just totally deceived by the deceiver!
