WHY I (TOO) BELIEVE JIM BAKKER IS BEING UNFAIRLY ATTACKED ONLINE.

This may be controversial... but I really sensed an urgency to share this.
I've had the joy and honor of working with The Jim Bakker Show for a few years now.  Not only are Jim and Lori the real deal, but I so appreciate the level of honor and excellence their whole family and team operate with.
I do believe Jim Bakker is a true watchman prophetic voice and intercessor.
The body of Christ will always disagree on certain elements - be it secondary theological matters (timing and dating concerning the end-times) or even some more practical items (Christian TV, etc.).  Let's DISAGREE and DEBATE honorably and intelligently.  I am all for this.  Let's NOT demonize.
Here is what I KNOW having worked personally (and ministered) with Jim Bakker: He is a friend of God.  He is repentant and truly honest about his past.  He has a genuine desire to help and resource the body of Christ.  And I believe he's received a powerful assignment from the Holy Spirit to help amplify the voice of the prophets (this is where we at Destiny Image Publishers have been doing what we can to serve that ministry).

So when you see bad things happening that fall under devil, demons, darkness, sickness, poverty -

HE IS NOT THE GOD OF THIS WORLD ...satan is... WE HAVE AUTHORITY IN CHRIST IN THE HOLY SPIRIT!
WE THE CHURCH NEED TO REPENT, AND NEED TO OBEY AND DO THE WORKS OF JESUS!
HE TOLD THE CHURCH TO ENFORCE HIS VICTORY AND ALL THAT PERTAINS TO GOD, THE KINGDOM OF GOD, GODLINESS, LIFE, HEALTH, JOY, AND PROSPERITY!
GOD WORKS THROUGH THE BODY OF CHRIST!

PROPHETIC WORD - A NEW NORMAL

Things are going to be different, the economy is going to get better, and better, and better, but things are going to be different.
It seems like - what I’m understanding from listening with my spiritual ear - is that getting “back to normal” is not going to be normal. It’s going to be a “new normal.” That’s what I keep hearing over and over again, even from other prophets. We are about to enter into a new normal.

For the Spirit-filled Church that should be easy, and it will only be easy if we stay in the Spirit. Because we’re supposed to be able to go into the new normal and lead the way!
We are the light of the world! The light will shine through us, and help lead the way in the United States of America, in the world, because people are going to be drawn to the light!
...In the Name of Jesus, I’m prophesying that right now…
The world is going to be drawn to the light like never before! They’re going to be drawn to the light, the anointing, the presence of God, the glory of God!
They’re going to be drawn to it, many times not even understanding why they’re drawn, but they are going to be drawn.
And the anointing is going to burst forth through the Church!
But, how is it going to burst forth if we are double-minded, if the Church is double-minded, and not single-hearted? We’ve got to stay single-hearted. What does that mean? It means to have a heart after God, to please God, and a heart after the Spirit, full of the Spirit, flowing with the Spirit! Amen!
And out of the Spirit comes life, and that more abundantly!
So, how can we produce life, Church, if we’re not going to yield to life? We’ve got to yield to the full and overflowing place of the Spirit of God. And that is how we’re going to become the Glorious Church!
In Jesus’ Name, Amen!

When we get filled with the Spirit of God and drink the new wine of the Spirit, sometimes people start to get upset because we pray in tongues – yet it’s all Bible. (Acts 2:1-4) 
Here we are, sitting as big ol’ fat heads, thinking we know the mind of God… thinking we have enough knowledge and have read enough books that we can pray it all in our native tongue. 
Yet the power of Heaven and the wisdom of God bypasses the frailty of our humanity. He puts Himself inside of us so that when we come to the end of ourselves, He then can start being who He is in us and through us! 
Praying in tongues stops the struggle: “I just don’t know what to pray!” You can now pray in the Spirit and pray the perfect plan and purpose of God!
Think of it  — if the experts knew there was a cure, wouldn’t it be terrible if they didn’t bring it? But it’s the same for the Church!
If we know there’s a better way to pray and we don’t bring it, it would be an indictment against humanity not to bring that revelation — that there’s something that we can do that puts us ahead and beyond ourselves to pray as the Spirit enables us and helps us!
So get yourself filled in the Spirit and speaking in tongues — and your life will change! You will be liberated as you begin to pray beyond yourself!

Here’s an encouraging dream and word by Will Ford.

Every day in our family prayer times, both of my young boys (ages 5 and 7) pray for the coronavirus crisis to end.  Lately, they have taken their own initiative to pray for this.  Even after they bless their food, they’ll pray, “…bless our food, and destroy the coronavirus, in Jesus name, Amen.”  For a few weeks, my response was, “That’s cute.” But now, I’m starting to believe that God wants to raise up an army of children prayer warriors in the midst of this crisis.

Today while I was teaching my online class, I overheard my 7-year-old son tell my wife, “Mom, I believe the coronavirus is gonna end on April 30th.”  Dehavilland said, “That would be amazing, sweetheart.  What made you think of that date?  Benjamin said, “God told me.”  When I finished the class, my wife and I asked him to explain how he heard this from the Lord.

Benjamin then said, “Well, God gave me a dream last night. In the dream, I saw this huge green plant which had a crown on its head, and it was squeezing the world. The more it squeezed the world, the more hands or tentacles it grew.  Out of nowhere, a lion that had the body of a lamb appeared, and it destroyed the plant and ripped it to pieces.  Then a date appeared in my dream: This will end April 30th.  And the dream ended.”

I was blown away.  First of all, my son hasn’t heard any talk regarding a date linked the end of the coronavirus.  Neither my wife nor I have spoken about an end date.  Also, my son didn’t know that corona means crown.  Though he didn’t know this, Benjamin associated the crowned green plant that was choking the world to be the coronavirus.  My son didn’t know what to make of the  half Lion and half Lamb that destroyed the plant, but I interpret it to represent Jesus, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Who also is The Lamb of God that passes over us, and cleanses us of our sins.  It was the blood of the lamb that stopped Egypt’s plague against the Jews, and the blood is warring for us now in ways we probably can’t imagine.

Now, I’d love for this to mean that the coronavirus pandemic will suddenly end on April 30th, but it could mean the beginning of the end of this plague. Or, it could also mean that something significant will happen on April 30th connected to the demonic, ivy-like tentacles of the coronavirus.  All I know is I’m contending for my son’s dream to manifest.  I’m fasting until April 30th and I’m praying this dream.

I shared this with a few friends, and their children are also having dreams and visions, hearing from the Lord about this coronavirus coming to an end. What if we all engaged our children to pray for an ending of this pestilence?  Let’s deploy the younger generation to pray for an end of the coronavirus crisis! I was recently told it was praying children that fueled the revivals of the great awakenings. I believe God is using His children as His secret weapon to not only pray against the coronavirus, but to also pray in another great awakening.

“Oh God, we agree with the prayers of our children; have mercy on us and destroy this coronavirus!  Lord, our children have lost grandparents, fathers, mothers, and other family members to this plague. They’ve been separated from their friends and classmates whom they miss so much. Father, we ask that you answer their cry for the ending of this plague.

And in the meantime, teach us all to become like little children in the place of prayer. Take our children into a deeper place of intimacy with You, Lord. Thank you for strengthening our families in the midst of this crisis.  Surely, we and the children you have given us, are for signs and wonders (Isaiah 8:18).  In Jesus name, Amen.”

This makes no sense to me at all.  There are so many stores that are open - all grocery and health food stores, Target, Wal-Mart, Aldi's, Trader Joe's, Lowes, Home Depot and people are driving to them.  Why in the name of the Lord would you give someone a $500 fine because they drove to a church and didn't get out of the car so that they could hear their pastor preach an Easter message.  There is something very wrong here and I hope that the American people open their eyes to what's going on.
