Join us as we stand with our #Bethel family in praying for Redding, CA as it is under a state of emergency due to the Carr Fire. Evacuations have been ordered as 44,500 acres are burning through the west and north neighborhoods. The fire is 3% contained.
Lord, we lift up Redding, CA to you now. Send rain to the land and help contain the fire so that it will not spread but be put out quickly! Lord, protect the 1,700 fire fighters battling the fires. Comfort the families of the fire fighters who have already lost their lives. We pray that entire communities would be untouched by the fire and that all would be able to safely evacuate. Help them find shelter. Send the rain, Lord! In Jesus name, Amen.
