There is a saturation level of God's presence that you often have to attain before you or your circumstances can be changed. The Bible says the way we will be changed into Jesus' image from glory to glory is by the manifested presence of God. Since that's what the Bible says, it would behoove us to get in God's presence as much and as often as we can.
